Descent I: Penacova - Torres do Mondego → Map
Tourist descent, 18 km by kayak. Stop at Torres do Mondego
500 meter before the bridges of Portela, on the right side of the river.
 

Descent II: Penacova - Coimbra Centro → Map
Sportist descent, 25 km. Arrival at the praça da Canção
200 meter before the Sta Clara bridge, on the left side
The last 5 km acquire a good fysical condition because of de lack of
current and the wind.

We organise transport from the meeting points to Penacova in the morning.
If needed, it can also be done in the afternoon.
